submitted by Bradley M. - |Recommended: NoForget it — There was a fire in the laundry room which by the grace of god was contained. After three weeks, the room still has not been cleaned and everything is covered in black soot, but don't worry the machines that you pay to run still work. They've been doing water main work I think... every now and then the water will be shut off for the entirety of the day. After they turned the water back on after the last shutoff, water unpredictably rains from the bathroom vent over our toilet in a steady stream. Basic needs are almost met key word almost , but I would never recommend anyone to live here.

Like many other places, it has its pro's and con's. Pros -Very close to campus -Nice TV, appliances, etc. -2 fridges -Ward is really great -Doesn't oversell on parking -They had a promotion for a 100 gift card when you sign a lease but its a hassle to actually get it Cons -Extremely small they fit 6 people in a space that should hold 4 people max -Rent is overpriced around 450, other places of similar pricing and location, such as Campus View South, have twice the space or more. IMO it should be 350 at max -Only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire complex Maintenance is slow to respond -Only 2 bathroom sinks

submitted by Andrew W. - |Recommended: YesPretty good in my opinion — Good except for limited cabinet space for 6 people, and limited parking space
submitted by Kapono H. - |Recommended: YesMy first couple weeka are nice, i like the residents here they are all fun and friendly, very welcoming — Its definitly new, but its worth it, the appliences here are very nice compared to other apartments, our storage is a lot more then i thought there would be sharing a room with 5 other people. The parking isnt bad but im not too sure everyone is moved in yet so i have to make sure i get a pass

They will tell us they are coming less than 24 hours in advance, never show up, and then surprise us when we are unavailable or more than 24 hours later. They walked into our apartment without knocking, which shows us that they do not keep themselves updated on who is still living in which apartment. Recently the rent skyrocketed more than 15 with no itemized bill to explain why, nor any warning. Their balconies are not up to code,, they sit a full 5 inches below my hip, and useless construction constantly puts the staircase nearest to us out of commission, causing inconveniences in mobility and access.. Also, when I checked in during COVID of August 2020, none of their workers were wearing masks, and they constantly breached the 6-foot distance guideline. We had an appraisal and they sent us an email the DAY OF and told us to be ready between 3-6pm, when most of my roommates and I were working. The appraisers did not arrive until 4pm THE NEXT DAY. There was no communication on their end explaining the need for a change in appointment. For cleaning checks, they sent us an email stating that between 9am-12pm is when we would have our check. They literally entered our apartment without knocking at 4 pm, when only 3 of the six residents were home as we made ourselves available for the window they had set . There was no apology for the change or the intrusion. They also never sent a professional cleaner to clean our air vent. I would recommend any other apartment compared to this.

submitted by Joseph G. - |Recommended: NoSmall, great interior, 2 fridges, great location, a bit too expensive. — This is apartment definitely is not for everyone. However if your most important priorities are being extremely close to campus, and having a decently modern interior, then this is a would probably be a pretty good option for you. Its greatest strength is for sure the locations. It is very hard to beat because it is literally across the street from south campus. You should be aware that it is a very small apartment, especially the bedroom. Hard to have social gatherings in the living area because of size as well. Management is EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with. I have asked for a parking pass multiple times and have not received any follow-up about it for the entire semester. We has broken blinds and it took management at least 5 months to fix them. The price is also way too high for quality here in my opinion. Remember, these aren't the most significant issues, and they are just my opinion. The apartment is absolutely livable and I have still enjoyed my time here. I just want you to be aware of your priorities and how this apartment would measure up to them.

submitted by Daniel M. - |Recommended: YesVery quiet and friendly — Can’t pay rent office takes to long to respond
submitted by Camden T. - |Recommended: YesA little small, but gets the job done. — I thought it was a little small, but I was able to make it work and it was perfect. Everything worked how it should and there was plenty of space for food, silverware, and all that other jazz. It takes a little coordination with roommates for everyone to get equal storage. The only thing that I wish was added, was a little closet for brooms, vacuums, mops, etc.
